Please state all allergies, dietary requirements or preferences on the forms when you book. We will try our best to accommodate these, if we are not able to we will let you know. If you would prefer to bring a packed lunch for your child, please feel free.
-
We try our best to create a mixture of lunches throughout the week, especially if we have the same children booked in for multiple days. However, we have found that pasta with all the topping is usually the favourite campfire lunch, so this might be featured more often than others on the menu.
-
Unfortunately not, if you cancel with 5 days notice then you will receive your refund minus the non-refundable deposit, if it happens to be less than 5 days notice then the full amount for the session will be non-refundable and non-transferable. For half days we do pick up and drop off at the same time in the car park. At 1:00pm a staff member will bring them back to the farm, please be prompt and have your child dressed and ready so we can exchange the children going home and children arriving and get back down the hill to the forest school. If we are a few minutes late then please be patient, we will be climbing back up through the fields to get to you as soon as we can.
-
If you are running 1-15 minutes late for drop off (up to 9:15am), firstly please safely contact us to let us know, we will most likely still be on the farm or in the first field. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, then we will make other arrangements with you individually. (Most of the time we will send a staff member to collect them or you can meet us in the woodlands). This option would require knowing where to go and appropriate footwear.
-
No, parents and guardians drop off at the top of the hill in the farm carpark. The forest school woodlands is just down from the farm through a few short fields, but not insight from the carpark area.
